Trydian Interactive realises that, in a high-speed world, time available for learning is limited. Learners do not have the time to work through pages and pages of information anymore. Learners need information to be in a direct, user-friendly and concise format that enables them to develop the required skills in a very limited time.
To ensure that all our products add real value to the learning process, we make use of three integral elements in our development philosophy:
- We firstly place great emphasis on the creative concept design of each e-learning package. We aim to organise content logically to aid learning. Through enticing graphic elements and an interesting and systematic storyboard we aim to captivate the learner target group and therefore optimise training efficiency.
- Our e-learning packages are learner focussed. We design our products with a target learner group in mind and ensure that the packages fulfil the training needs of these people. Our aim is to make our packages as interactive and interesting as possible to ensure that the learners gain the knowledge they need.
- Every aspect of our e-learning packages must add value for our clients. The purpose of the training is the most important consideration when we design a package. We do not add any multimedia elements to satisfy our own creative desires but rather try to add only that which will benefit the learning process. All techniques such as case studies, and various media (ranging from animation to video) must work together to enable the learner can actively apply the knowledge presented to him.
