We provide web-based learning via our virtual campus. Our campus is an exciting delivery platform for the e-learning courses we have developed with our knowledge partners. This platform is efficient, flexible and cost effective. All aspects of the learning process feature in our campus environment.
Our platform has the following functionalities:

- Tutorials : Our tutorials are interactive facilitation tools and are developed according to the principles of outcomes-based education (OBE). They provide the learner with information resources clustered around topics and activities aimed at building a portfolio of evidence. Tutorials are used as the primary learning medium.
- Forums : Our threaded discussion forums are actively overseen by our course facilitators. Our facilitators will stimulate learners to think about themes relevant to the course and give the learners hints on how to approach their course activities.
- Facilitator direct : The learner can use this function to email specific questions directly to the facilitator.
- Chatrooms : The chatrooms provides the learners with opportunity to meet and exchange ideas in real-time.
- Assessment : Learners can submit their assignments and open book exams directly to the Learnactive website. After assessment, the learner is automatically notified when the assessor’s feedback and the mark obtained are available on the website.
- Workbooks : Our workbooks are compilations of interactive case studies, questions and answers. Workbooks are mostly used as supplementary learning material.
- Online registration : The Learnactive website offers a secure e-commerce portal that enables learners to pay their registration fee online.
- Downloads : Information such as supplementary articles can be downloaded from the Learnactive website.
- Video archives : We have recordings of workshops that our facilitators have presented in the past. If a learner’s bandwith allows, the learner can access the archives online. Alternatively these recordings can be delivered via DVD.
- Calendar : The calendar is an easy to use diary to plan and organize your studies.
- SMS reminders : In addition to emails, we make use of SMS messages to remind our learners of important events.
